Shifts Available:

7:00am - 4:00pm Saturday & Sunday Part-time Front Desk Attendant

2:00pm - 9:30pm, Monday - Friday, Full-time, Front Desk Attendant

2:00pm - 9:30pm, Saturday & Sunday, Part-time, Front Desk Attendant

4:00pm - 11:30pm, Wednesday & Thursday, Part-time, Front Desk Attendant

11:30pm - 7:30am, Saturday & Sunday, Part-time, Night Auditor

Job Summary:

We are seeking multiple dedicated and detail-oriented front desk attendants and 1 night auditor to join our amazing team at the La Quinta by Wyndham. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during all shifts shifts. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various responsibilities efficiently.

Duties:

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Providing top-notch customer service, having the ability to be self-sufficent, and maintain problem solving skills is of the utmost imprtance while being a member of our team.
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records.
  • Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts, preparing financial reports, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance their stay experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and effective communication.
  • Assist in managing reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
  • Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a resort or hotel front desk role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of night audit processes and hospitality management principles.
  • Excellent guest service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
