What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk PM Shift position at La Quinta by Wyndham?
This position is for the evening shift, three days per week.
Duties Include
- Check-in guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly and courteously
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Assist with laundry or other duties depending on the needs of the hotel
- Assist guests to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service required
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices preferred
- Laundry or food service experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 26 – 28 per week
