Responsible for guest rooms and facilities operating efficiently, regularly inspect building for anything needing attention, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. Compensation:$13.50 - $14 hourly
Responsibilities:- Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed
- Manage other maintenance requests as required
- Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed
- Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made
- Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks
- Routinely inspect rooms and buildings for items needing attention
- Complete work orders daily and perform necessary repairs
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience
- Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
- Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
