Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area, including food stations and beverage service.
- Ensure all food items are fresh, well-presented, and replenished as needed throughout the breakfast service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Assist guests with their dining needs, providing friendly and attentive service.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards in all food handling and preparation tasks.
- Handle any guest inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Perform light cooking duties as needed, including meat cutting and food preparation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Experience in catering or hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
