Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
- Manage front desk operations, including checking guests in and out efficiently.
- Handle phone inquiries and reservations with professionalism, ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing daily transactions and preparing reports for management.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hotel industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on guest relations.
