Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Change bed linens and towels regularly while adhering to established standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Follow all safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including industrial cleaning tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold quality standards in cleanliness.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with custodial practices and floor care techniques is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to housekeeping.
