Responsibilities:
- Guest service: Greet guests, answer inquiries, and resolve complaints
- Check-in and check-out: Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Staff management: Train and supervise front desk staff, including guest service agents, night auditors, and bell staff
- Policies and procedures: Ensure staff adhere to hotel policies, standards, and procedures
- Security and safety: Monitor the front desk for safety and security
- Supplies: Ensure the front desk has adequate supplies
- Budget: Monitor and manage the front desk budget
- Customer service: Develop and implement customer service policies
Skills:
