A hotel front desk manager is responsible for the front desk's daily operations, including guest service, check-in and check-out, and staff management. They also ensure that the front desk is safe, secure, and stocked with supplies.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest service: Greet guests, answer inquiries, and resolve complaints
  • Check-in and check-out: Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Staff management: Train and supervise front desk staff, including guest service agents, night auditors, and bell staff
  • Policies and procedures: Ensure staff adhere to hotel policies, standards, and procedures
  • Security and safety: Monitor the front desk for safety and security
  • Supplies: Ensure the front desk has adequate supplies
  • Budget: Monitor and manage the front desk budget
  • Customer service: Develop and implement customer service policies

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Previous experience in front office operations or guest services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
