Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards.
• Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the hospitality environment.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles preferred; experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and floor care techniques.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and equipment is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
