Job Summary:
The Breakfast Attendant at La Quinta Inn & Suites By Windham Seattle Sea - Tac Airport is responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional breakfast service to our guests. This is a full-time, hourly position in the hospitality/restaurant industry. The position is located in SeaTac, Washington. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be an integral part of the overall guest experience by providing friendly and efficient food service.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $20.17 per hour, paid semi-monthly. In addition to competitive pay, we offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as sick pay, vacation pay, and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare the breakfast area for service, including setting up tables, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards
• Maintain inventory of food and supplies, placing orders as needed
• Ensure that all food items are properly labeled and stored according to health and safety regulations
• Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain the cleanliness of the breakfast area
• Provide excellent service to guests by anticipating their needs and responding to requests in a timely manner
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
