Located just minutes from Orlando’s top attractions and theme parks, La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Orlando Drive Theme Parks is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our hospitality team!
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Agent:
- Greet and check in guests with a warm, friendly attitude
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and handle check-out procedures
- Answer guest inquiries and provide local area recommendations
- Process payments accurately and ensure smooth front desk operations
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management
Night Auditor:
- Balance and audit daily financial transactions and reports
- Ensure all end-of-day procedures are completed accurately
- Provide overnight front desk coverage, assist guests, and ensure property security
- Prepare reports for management and assist with early morning check-outs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable working overnight shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with hotel management systems (training available)
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
