Responsibilities: - Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits - Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing - Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards - Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies - Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances - Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience - Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate Skills: - Experience in Hotel Housekeeping Management or related field preferred - Knowledge of custodial duties with experience in industrial cleaning - Ability to handle basic maintenance and cleaning equipment - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies - Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team - Attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach - Flexibility to work in shifts This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently to maintain a clean and orderly environment.
