Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Fabricate parts and components as necessary to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Supervise maintenance staff and provide leadership in daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Experience in welding and fabrication is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Prior customer service experience is beneficial for interacting with staff and clients.
