Overview :
- Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations
- Train and supervise staff to ensure adherence to hotel policies and brand standards
- Act as the hotel's Public Relations Director and promote the property within the industry
- Respond to guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns
- Participate in morning meetings and departmental meetings
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations
- Build strong working relationships with hotel staff and departments
