Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience from check-in to check-out. We’re looking for a team player with strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
- Answer incoming calls and address guest inquiries promptly
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records
- Resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with hotel systems and phone etiquette
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to guest satisfaction
