- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Stock and Clean the Market
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in hospitality management software is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
