Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel and local area
- Manage reservations and cancellations (with managerial approval)
- Operate the phone system and direct calls appropriately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
- Bilingual skills are a plus for effective guest relations but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
