Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and have a strong administrative background. Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering inquiries in a professional manner.
- Oversee scheduling and appointment management using computerized systems.
- Handle incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is organized and up-to-date.
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks, including document creation and data management.
- Assist with billing and financial tracking using QuickBooks as needed.
- Train and supervise front desk staff, providing guidance on customer service best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as a Front Desk Manager or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy when interacting with clients.
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficient in using phone systems and various office equipment.
- Experience with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.) is required.
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
