Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area, including food items, beverages, and utensils.
- Ensure that all food items are fresh, appealing, and replenished as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their breakfast selections.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for any transactions or guest inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness in the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist with meat cutting and preparation as required.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs.
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns or feedback promptly.
