Job description
Seeking a Front Desk Agent with experience handling customer service functions. Must be motivated, dependable, and friendly, Our Front Desk Agent will be responsible for greeting incoming guests, handling check-ins, check-outs and answering customer questions. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask efficiently and can work well independently as well as in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests upon their arrival and providing a hospitable welcome
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Regular work attendance which includes flexibility in work schedule that may include afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
