Front Desk Agent responsibilities and not limited to the following.
- Performing all arrival and departure procedures
- Managing proper guest payment methods, verifying credit card data, per standards
- Provide information about hotel and local attractions
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payment requirements
- Communicate all pertinent shift information to direct manager and desk staff.
- Excellent organizational skills with an I can positive attitude
- Maintain room status inventory
- Respond to guest concerns/needs in timely and professional manner
- Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready before pre-blocking or guest arrival
- Experience with hotel computer software is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Phoenix, AZ 85023: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
