Position: Hotel Front Desk Agent
Location: La Quinta Inn, 380 E Palace Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX 75050
Pay: Starting at $15.50/hr (based on experience)
Full-Time Position: 4-5 shifts per week
Shifts Available:
- Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Overnight: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Morning (as needed): 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Requirements:
✅ Must have full availability to work scheduled shifts (including WEEKENDS)
✅ Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus
✅ Must be bilingual (English & Spanish preferred)
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to multitask and handle guest inquiries professionally
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring guests have a seamless check-in and check-out experience while providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include handling reservations, assisting guests with inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby.
