As a Housekeeping Attendant, you'll be a vital part of ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable and pleasant stay.
Responsibilities:
- Room Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and suites following established standards. This includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
- Linen and Towel Care: Ensure the proper care, storage, and replacement of linens and towels to maintain high cleanliness and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and toiletries inventory, report when items are running low, and assist in restocking.
- Quality Control: Inspect rooms for cleanliness and ensure they meet the company's quality standards before they are made available to guests.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the housekeeping team and other hotel staff to provide outstanding service and support daily hotel operations.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
