We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in facilities maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC filter changes, and minor repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues in equipment and machinery
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs
- Fabricate parts or components as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments
Requirements:
- Mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Strong customer service skills for interacting with staff and vendors
- Leadership qualities to guide maintenance projects efficiently
