Housekeeper

**Job Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in a fast-paced hotel setting. The Housekeeper will work closely with other staff members to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** - Clean and maintain all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and public spaces. - Ensure all areas are clean and tidy, adhering to hotel standards and regulations. - Perform deep cleaning duties as needed, including dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. - Utilize industrial cleaning equipment and solutions to efficiently clean high-traffic areas. - Manage and maintain the cleanliness of floors, including mopping, sweeping, and polishing. - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and concerns in a friendly and professional manner. - Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience. - Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. **Skills** - Strong housekeeping management skills, with the ability to manage cleaning schedules and tasks. - Excellent cleaning skills, with a focus on attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. - Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment. - Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and solutions. - Ability to perform custodial duties, including floor care and cleaning. - Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to guest requests and concerns in a friendly and professional manner. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
