We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all guest rooms or residential areas are well-prepared for occupancy.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues to management.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain safety standards.
- Provide exceptional service to guests or residents by responding promptly to requests or concerns.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks or seasonal preparations.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices and housekeeping management techniques.
- Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills to interact positively with guests or residents.
