Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are spotless and well-maintained.
- Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed.
- Manage housekeeping supplies efficiently, reporting any shortages or needs to management.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies while performing cleaning tasks.
- Assist in laundry services as required, ensuring linens are clean and properly stored.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure optimal guest satisfaction through effective communication and teamwork.
- Maintain equipment used for cleaning in good condition, reporting any malfunctions or issues promptly.
Skills
- Proficiency in industrial cleaning techniques and practices.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
- Experience in hospitality settings preferred, with knowledge of housekeeping management best practices.
