Job Summary
The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facility. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote high standards of performance.
- Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to team members based on priority and workload.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations in all cleaning practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the facility.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices, floor care techniques, and industrial cleaning methods.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
