Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and fabricating various systems and equipment within our facility. This role requires a strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, as well as the ability to interpret schematics and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operation.
- Fabricate parts and components as needed to support maintenance tasks.
- Conduct inspections and repairs on building.
- Keep grounds clean.
- Execute residential painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic quality of the property.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.
Qualifications
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in maintaining various types of equipment.
- Familiar with general repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Previous experience in residential painting is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
