We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems as needed.
- Use tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues that require immediate attention.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance tasks align with overall operational goals.
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems including logic controllers.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in maintenance operations.
