The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours (11pm-7am). This position involves balancing financial transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining guest relations. Duties
- Perform night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management.
- Provide front desk services, including check-ins and check-outs, while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Manage phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking messages as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions throughout the night shift.
- Assist in maintaining security protocols to ensure the safety of guests and hotel property.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations during overnight hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software is advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.50 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Night Audit: 2 years (Required)
- Hospitality: 2 years (Preferred)
