Duties
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical problems.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in repairs and installations.
- Conduct residential painting as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Fabricate parts or components as necessary for repairs.
- Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and procedures.
Skills
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance with hands-on experience in various trades.
- Ability to weld and fabricate components as required for repairs.
