Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. This role plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional service and enhancing the overall guest experience in our hotel.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, to meet hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties to ensure cleanliness throughout the property.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Restock housekeeping supplies in assigned areas as needed.
- Assist with laundry services when necessary to support overall operations.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in accordance with housekeeping management protocols.
Skills
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
