```Duties:```
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Handle guest complaints or concerns and escalate to management if necessary
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensure the lobby is clean and breakfast is set up

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for check-in/check-out procedures
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
