Maintenance Worker
We are looking for the right team to get this hotel off to the right start. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry or related field, we would like to meet you.
Maintenance Worker responsibilities and not limited to the following.
- Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including, but not limited to, guest rooms, common areas. Some knowledge of kitchen equipment a plus.
- Responding and completing guest calls in timely manner
- Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and knowledge of HVAC.
- Conduct inspections to maintain preventive maintenance
- Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention
- Knowledge of other departments and willing to help as needed
- Maintaining grounds and landscaping per company standards
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evenings as needed
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Nights as needed
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
