Certification Details IL RN LICENSE BCLS PALS Job Details Position / Specialty : Pediatric Stepdown RN Inpatient Unit is very unique - 1 unit, 39 beds, all specialties on this unit, 50-60% of patients have some sort of technology dependence - ages 2 weeks to 18 yrs old. Start date : ASAP Ratios : 1 : 3-4 Years of experience REQ : 2 years First-timers accepted : N Weekend REQ : Y – every other weekend required Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Y Open to accommodating block schedule? N Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours for 3-12 hour shifts, 48 hours for 4-12 hour shifts, 40 hours for shifts less than 12 hours (8-hour and 10-hour shifts) Special Requirements : Vents, trach, and G tube experience required. Job Requirements Valid IL license at time of submission 2 years of experience required Vents, trach, and G tube experience required Meditech experience required RTO must be approved and included in the contract prior to the start date - No RTO may be added after the contract has started.
