Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles based on their needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized.
- Provide excellent guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries.
- Assist with product demonstrations and educate clients on aftercare for their eyelash extensions.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to manage appointments efficiently and ensure smooth operations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions, color theory, and related beauty services.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with dermabrasion techniques and med spa services is a plus.
- Strong sales skills to promote products and services effectively.
- MUST be a Licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations is desirable.
