What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at La Ristra New Mexican Kitchen?
La Ristra is a New Mexican food restaurant in Gilbert and Chandler, Arizona. We specialize in New Mexican dishes served with hatch chiles. We are also an Agave bar that features over 150 tequilas.
We are looking for a hardworking, self motivated individual who has previous serving experience that is willing to go above and beyond in every aspect of their duties. The server plays a leading role in developing by positive, lasting guest relationships by consistently delivering an excellent dining experience. As the direct link between the guest and the restaurant, it is primarily the server’s responsibility to ensure that each guest enjoys all aspects of their meal.
