Fleet and Facilities Supervisor
About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Fleet and Facilities Supervisor to oversee and manage our organization's vehicle fleet operations and facility maintenance programs. This role combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills to ensure optimal performance of both our mobile assets and physical infrastructure.
Primary Responsibilities
Fleet Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive fleet maintenance programs and scheduling systems
- Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacement of fleet vehicles
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for fleet maintenance
- Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics and vehicle utilization data
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate vehicle assignments and optimize fleet deployment
Facilities Management

1. Commercial Driver's License (CDL) - Class A or B
2. ASE Certification in at least two of the following :
3. Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification from IFMA
4. OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification

Salary Range : $75,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
