Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a crew to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Execute landscaping projects, including planting, irrigation/lighting, hardscaping, and/or maintenance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and machinery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor project budgets and manage resources efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all work meets company standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Certification in landscaping or horticulture is a plus.
