La Segunda Bakery & Café Pastry Baker
La Segunda Bakery & Café is in search of a Pastry Baker. You will learn to prep, bake off and finish a wide variety of handmade pastries. Ability to work well alone and as a team is a must. . Candidate expected to produce a high volume of products for the restaurant.
Duties
- Mix, prepare and finish pastry per production sheet
- Assisting in other duties as assigned by Pastry Supervisor or Managers
- Abide by the health department requirements and maintain a clean work area
Shifts
- 8pm or 1am shift is the requirement.

Qualifications
- 1-2 years minimum experience in Pastry or Baking
- Able to work well with others but also self-motivated
- Able to stand for long periods of time and work in heat
