Manufacturing Trainer
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Manufacturing Trainer to join our Manufacturing Training and Quality team. This individual will play a critical role in training, coaching, and ensuring the efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing operations. As a key member of our team, you will develop training, drive improvements, foster a positive, high-energy work environment to achieve operational excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Training & Coaching: Train, mentor production employees, maximizing their potential and ensuring alignment with team goals.
- Leadership: Lead with flexibility and adaptability, solving problems in a fast-paced environment where solutions aren't always black and white.
- Continuous Improvement: Assist with driving continuous improvement (CI) efforts, utilizing CI tools to enhance workflows and optimize team performance.
- Team Motivation: Foster a positive, motivational, and high-energy work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.
- Effective Communication: Communicate effectively across teams, ensuring clarity and understanding in training, as well as day-to-day operations.
- Accountability: Promote consistency, accountability, and timeliness in work execution, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently.
- Adaptability: Adapt to changing business needs with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset, finding ways to meet new challenges.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Leadership & Coaching Skills: Proven ability to develop and mentor a diverse team, transforming entry-level workers into high performers.
- Excellent Communication: Ability to break down complex tasks and ensure clarity in training, especially in a manufacturing environment.
- MS Office Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, including creating/editing workbooks, using formulas, functions, and formatting charts and graphs.
- Problem Solver & Strategic Thinker: Ability to adapt quickly to challenges and implement solutions with agility.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ensures processes are followed with precision while maintaining efficiency.

Education Requirements:
· HS Diploma or Equivalent
· Experience in Adult Learning, Training Facilitation, Instructional Design, or a related field.
