Key Responsibilities
- Lead the FP&A team in developing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide strategic recommendations based on comprehensive financial analysis.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Manage financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Mentor and develop FP&A team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.
- 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, financial modeling software).
