We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently.
- Sort and stack clean dishes in designated areas to ensure easy access for kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area by regularly cleaning surfaces and equipment.
- Assist with the organization of kitchen supplies and inventory management.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Clean front of the house and sanitize bathrooms.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of proper food handling techniques and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
