As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the on-time execution of creative campaigns, maintaining content accuracy on our websites, retailer websites, and social media pages. You will also play a key role in defining and building our Shopper Marketing programs.Campaign Execution Focuses on the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, email, in-store)Partner with creative agency to coordinate the execution of creative conceptsWorks with creative agency to achieve on-time delivery of promotional materialsEnsures assigned projects meet established timelines and are in alignment with the established creative planConducts periodic reviews of LTF & retailer websites and updates information and art as requiredSupport the associate brand manager to drive the content planning on social, newsletter & influencer & PR programMaintain brand consistency across all marketing channels, ensuring that all materials reflect the company’s imageDrive execution of recipe development and influencer partnershipsRetail & In-Store Marketing Support Coordinate with sales teams to develop and distribute promotional materialsAssist in executing shopper marketing programs and ensuring product visibility in retail environments.Manage relationships with retail partners to support in-store marketing activities and events.Ensure retailer websites are audited and updated regularly with enhanced content for digital shelf presenceMaintain all documents with distribution and shopper marketing updatesAnalysis and Competition Tracking Maintain and track metrics to analyze effectiveness of social media and influencer programsPartner with category management to maintain data to evaluate category, brand, competition, market performanceTrack the effectiveness of the in-store campaignsMarket Research Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and emerging trendsAnalyze consumer behavior and preferences to inform campaign strategiesCollaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with the product development and sales teams to ensure marketing timelines align with overall businessCoordinate with external agencies, including advertising, PR, Social and market research firms, to execute comprehensive marketing campaignsEvent Planning & Execution Support the planning and execution of industry trade shows, product launches, and consumer eventsCoordinate logistics, marketing materials, and post-event analysis to measure success and inform future eventsServes as liaison between marketing and other departments Acts as go-to person to provide information on various marketing activitiesAssists where needed for information on products or provide status updates on launchesPhysical Requirements Frequently requires long periods of sitting to perform the essential job dutiesMust be able to bend, stoop, pull and lift up to 10 lbsClose visual acuity to view a computer terminal, analyze reports, manage data and detailRequirements Our company is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team.
