Responsibilities

· Identify and delegate responsibilities to shift leaders and staff to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved.
· Manages operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the company's culture and values, aware of and implement Brand Expectations.
· Provide coaching and feedback to managers and staff and assess performance on an ongoing basis.
· Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
· Manages the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
· Consistently monitors product and labor costs to remain within goals.
· Follows company policies and procedures, including those for cash handing and safety/security.
· Develops and implements creative solutions to areas of improvement.
· Assists in any areas of the restaurant when staffing constraints are required.
· Ensures the quality and safety of food.
· Keeps the kitchen clean, organized and well stocked and sanitized.
· Trains and develops crew members.
· Promotes teamwork and creates a great customer experience.
· Oversees the training of employees to ensure the safe operation of kitchen equipment, utensils and the proper handling of heavy items and hazardous materials.
· Manages operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of Brick Oven.
· Implements new and established company policies and procedures by developing plans and instructing staff.
· Attends monthly/quarterly conference calls.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous Experience: Prior Restaurant and Management Experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
- Able to work in a high-temperature kitchen for an extended period of time.
- Completed training in all areas of restaurant.
- Must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
