Duties

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of experienced chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area to ensure a safe working environment.
• Buss tables and assist with dining room setup for banquets and events.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
• Follow all health and safety regulations in food handling and kitchen operations.
• Support other kitchen staff as needed during peak hours or special events.

Experience

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with culinary techniques and food preparation is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
• A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field.
• Experience in banquet services or large event catering is advantageous.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 38 per week
