Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative menu plans that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistency and quality.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to provide an exceptional dining experience for guests.
- Plan and execute banquet services as needed, coordinating with event planners for seamless execution.
