YOU: We are looking for a Public Area Attendant to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests. This position cleans all public areas responsibilities include cleaning public areas and walkway, making beds and cleaning guestrooms and bathrooms. You will address clients’ queries and make sure our rooms are clean and inviting on their arrival. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us.

JOB OVERVIEW:
Sweep/Mop all public areas including walkways and stairs
Dusts all furniture and hallways
Empty all trash and replace trash bags
Vacuum carpets
Clean public area restrooms
Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
Address guests’ queries (e.g. on additional services)
Assist with other housekeeping duties as necessary
