La Ventana Treatment Programs is seeking a Full Time LMFT, AMFT, LCSW and / or MSW for our Mental Health Facilities / Co-Occuring Disorders located in Thousand Oaks. We offer Residential , PHP, and IOP treatment for mental illness. Candidates will have direct client care in group sessions, family sessions and individual sessions as well as treatment team planning.

Responsibilities may Include :
- Clinical caseload of clients
- Completes all clinical charting / record for assigned caseload, including all pertinent assessments, observations, and clinical issues.
- Complete treatment plans based on a review of the client’s history, signs, and symptoms.
- Provide individual, couple / family, and group psychotherapy as needed.
- Ability to demonstrate respect for cultural and lifestyle diversities of clients and staff
- Crisis intervention services, including contacting _Psychiatric EmergencyTeams (PET)_ and reporting child abuse and / or dependent / adult abuse.
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans, measurable goals, interventions, family participation, and client’s goals for self.
- Monitor client’s response to treatment and modify plans accordingly.
- Participation in weekly treatment team meetings.
- Provide Utilizations Reviews as required.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and current legal standards pertaining to professional practice, reporting requirements, professional boundaries, and related issues.
- General knowledge of the philosophy and approach to treating mental illness and behavioral health.
- Adheres to all Joint Commission and Community Care Licensing regulations and guidelines, as per the policies and procedures governing the facility.
- Any additional duties affecting the position requested by Supervisor.Perform psychosocial assessments and create preliminary treatment plans
- Participate in multi-disciplinary implementation of individual treatment plans and update weekly - including measurable goals, interventions, family participation, and client goals for self
- Conduct individual, family / conjoint, and group psychotherapy sessions
- Ensure all clinical charting and records are completed in the appropriate timeframe
