POSITION SUMMARY Performs administrative duties primarily for LVF Early Learning Center. Provides administrative support as needed to enhance overall agency and early learning center functioning.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Serves as initial contact at Early Learning Center to ensure all visitors/children have checked in and to ensure building safety.
2. Maintain ProCare/enrollment for Childcare and PreK.
3. Provide support to Classrooms/Manager regarding posting building/agency announcements.
4. Make folders for new enrollments for Childcare and PreK and ensure folders include all required documents.
5. Complete disenrollment procedures for Childcare and PreK.
6. Provide support to ECS Administrative Lead and other educators as needed.
7. Provides support with class coverage and kitchen coverage when need arises including covering employee breaks and after-school care.
8. Maintains all incoming calls and routes to proper staff and departments.
9. Routes incoming faxes to appropriate staff and departments.
10. Manages daily mail pick up.
11. Provide support to ECS Administrative Lead with ordering, special event planning and ongoing communication with parents.
12. Performs interagency clerical duties for various departments as needed.
13. Proficient operation of copier, computer, and other office equipment.
14. Will be responsible for helping to maintain a well-organized and efficient center which includes:
o Classrooms have support and resources needed
o Center is clean and safe at all times
o Lobby is clean, welcoming and accurate information is posted.
o Restrooms are appropriately stocked and free of trash and clutter.
15. Responsible for ordering supplies for early learning center.
16. Participate in agency Safety Committee meetings.
17. Maintain professionalism for clients, families, team, and community. Must maintain professional boundaries in accordance with best practices.
18. Must maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA, LVF policy, state and federal law.
OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Attend agency/program meetings as directed
· Participate in community outreach efforts
· Perform all other duties as assigned by ECS Administrative Lead and Program Manager

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Requirements
· Minimum of a High School Diploma.
Experience Requirements
· Experience working in fast paced office setting performing secretarial/office duties to include answering telephones/routing calls, providing excellent internal and external customer service and supportive team member.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and other productivity software.
· Must be creative and flexible in order to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities. Aptitude to handle multiple changing priorities.
· Strong organizational skills, including time management.
· Strong written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills and computer literacy.
· English/Spanish bi-lingual a plus.

Pay: $32,240.00 - $37,440.00 per year
